Recent years have seen an increased interest in combining behavioral observation with neurophysiological measurements in many areas of human cognition and language. Moreover recent statistical computing environments have been showing a great potential for sophisticated analysis of a variety of data in several fields.

Having this in mind, XPRAG.it 2020(21) will offer three pre-conference workshops on tools and methodologies with a great applicability in several fields, among which the study of language and communication.  

The following pre-conference workshops have been scheduled:

– ‘Mixed Effect Models using R’ July 6th, 2021

Giorgio Arcara – Head of Neurophysiology Lab at IRCCS San Camillo Hospital, Venice (Italy).

– ‘The Event-Related Potentials (ERP) technique applied to the study of language’ – July 7th, 2021

Paolo Canal – Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS, Pavia (Italy).

 ‘Eye-movements in the visual context’ – July 7th, 2021

Francesca Foppolo – Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, Milano (Italy).
